work has been intensive tiring lately.
although business hasnt been good for the pass few days.
still.
there's lots lots lots of washing to be done everyday.
hopefully business will get back as good as it used to be.

the crew leader for today's shift
scolded me in front of the customers couple of times.
although it wasnt my fault.
:(
i just nod my head like it was really my fault.
and apologised continuously to the customer.
but
it really wasnt my fault.
:(
this was what happened-
she key-ed in the wrong amt for the sandwich a lady ordered.
over charging the lady.
but she kept insisting she dint.
getting into an argument with the lady.
then when she finally realised she did.
probably to avoid embarrassment.
she went.
aiya.
again you la.

i always tell you to write the name of the sandwich properly
on the sandwich
you always write wrongly.
and apologised to the customer saying im new and so on.
but
hello.
i did wrote correctly.
even the customer knew i did.
and it's not just this incident with the lady she puts the blamed on me.

its like everything she does wrongly she blames me.

i was also put in a tough spot today.
:(
the asst manager and the crew leader
were on the same shift as me today.
they were commanding me non-stop.
and both gave opp commands from each other.
one calls me to do the vege and toast.
while the other ask me to
wrap the sandwich and help with the cookies.
i really tried my best to do both.
i was like flying here and there today.
i could almost faint.
i cried for help~

after lunch hour.
when there were no customer.
my asst manager and crew leader almost got into an argument.
and i was stuck in between.
my asst manager told me not to listen to my crew leader.
my crew leader wasnt happy about it.
but still i tried to listen to both.
:(
i really tried.

and its with my crew leader again.
but.
this time
no asst manager.
i dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing.

at times subway can be really fun though.
